incompatibility

incompatibility
Incapability of existing or being exercised together. As ground for divorce, refers to such deep and irreconcilable conflict in personalities or temperments of parties as makes it impossible for them to continue normal marital relationship. Such conflict of personalities and dispositions must be so deep as to be irreconcilable and irremediable. Berry v. Berry, 215 Kan. 47, 523 P.2d 342, 345.
Such condition is a ground for divorce in states with no-fault divorce statutes.
